Mailgent may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Unipile, SMTP providers, LinkedIn). We are not responsible for their policies or reliability. Use them at your own risk.
9. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed as stated on the pricing page. All transactions are final unless stated otherwise. You're responsible for managing your subscription, renewals, and cancellations.
10. Intellectual Property
Mailgent owns or licenses all intellectual property related to the platform. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our code or content without explicit permission.
11. Security & Compliance
Mailgent implements industry-standard security protocols, including TLS encryption and account isolation. However, no platform is 100% secure. Use at your own risk.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Mailgent is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about:
- Campaign success,
- API integration uptime,
- Accuracy of AI-generated responses.
Use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
