Who can join the Mailgent affiliate program?+
If you think you're a good fit, you can sign up for the program and get your affiliate link right away-then drop it wherever you promote Mailgent.
How are commissions calculated?+
You earn recurring commission based on the subscriber's plan: 30% on the Pro plan, and 15% on Agency and Unlimited, for as long as the referred subscription stays active.
When do I get paid?+
Payouts are made monthly. Approved commissions roll into the regular monthly payout run according to the partner platform's schedule (with time for routine verification and any adjustments). Pending and paid balances are visible in your dashboard.
How does tracking work?+
When someone clicks your referral link, the affiliate platform stores a cookie in their browser so we know that visit came from you. If they sign up and subscribe within the cookie window, the sale is attributed to your account. Our cookie duration is 30 days-if they convert after that, the click may no longer count unless they use your link again.
Do trials count toward commission?+
Trials are tracked, and commissions are paid when a referred account becomes a paying subscription under the normal approval flow in the affiliate platform.
What happens with refunds, failed payments, or cancellations?+
If a subscription is refunded, charged back, unpaid, or canceled, related commission may be reversed or stop recurring. Your dashboard should reflect these status changes clearly.
Can I run paid ads on brand terms?+
Please avoid bidding on direct brand terms or impersonating Mailgent branding. Content-led promotion, product walkthroughs, comparisons, and audience education are preferred.
