If you're using Mailgent via a company or team (a "Customer"), we may process your information on behalf of that Customer as a processor (see Section 12).

- Payment info: billing email and subscription status (actual payment data handled by our payment processor)

12. Customer-Controlled Data
If you use Mailgent through an organization, your employer (the Customer) controls the data you submit. In such cases:
- Mailgent acts as a processor
- Privacy questions should go to your admin

We use industry-standard security (including encrypted transmission, authentication layers, and internal access control) to protect your data.
However, no platform is completely secure. Use strong passwords and notify us of any suspicious activity.
14. Children's Privacy
Mailgent is not for children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If we discover that we've collected info from a child, we will delete it.
15. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for privacy practices of third-party sites or services linked from Mailgent. Please review their policies separately.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We'll post updates here with a new effective date. For material changes, we may notify you directly.

18. Google account data (Sign in with Google)
If you choose to sign in or create an account using Google (OAuth), we receive the categories of information you authorize on Google's consent screen. This typically includes your name, email address, and may include a profile picture URL associated with your Google account.
We use Google account data only to:
- Create and maintain your Mailgent account
- Authenticate you when you use the Services
- Communicate with you about the Services (for example, security or billing notices)
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for third-party advertising, personalized ads, or ad retargeting. We do not transfer Google user data to data brokers. Authentication is provided through our infrastructure and subprocessors (for example, our authentication provider) as described in Section 6.1; they process data only to provide those services on our behalf.
Retention and deletion of your information—including data received via Google—are described in Sections 7 and 11. You may revoke Google's connection to Mailgent from your Google Account security settings; you can also contact us at support@mailgent.io to exercise your rights.
