Mailgent is a B2B outreach platform that combines LinkedIn automation (connection requests, messages, InMail, profile views, engagement steps, and more) with cold email in a single workflow. You build campaigns and reusable multi-step sequences, then track performance from the dashboard and analytics.
Create an account at app.mailgent.io, connect at least one LinkedIn account under LinkedIn Accounts, and optionally authenticate a sending domain for email. Then create a campaign (goal, audience, channel mix) and attach a sequence to define the steps and timing.
Yes. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial so you can run real workflows before you are charged. Trial limits (for example email credits) are lower than on paid plans; see Pricing and your in-app Subscription page for current plan details.
A campaign is the container: who you target (lead source), which LinkedIn account and/or email setup you use, goals, schedule (days, time windows, timezone), throttling (batch size, intervals), and which sequence powers the touch pattern. A sequence is the reusable playbook of steps—LinkedIn actions, emails, delays, and optional A/B variants—applied to leads as they move through the funnel.
Mailgent supports multiple sources depending on your workflow, including CSV upload, saved or custom lead lists, Sales Navigator search URLs, and integrations such as Apollo for audience-based pulls. You choose the source when you create or edit a campaign; some sources require you to paste a valid search or list URL so leads can be imported for outreach.
Yes. Campaigns are configured with an outreach channel mode—LinkedIn, email, or both—so you can stay on one channel or mirror the same narrative across LinkedIn and inbox. Sequences can include email steps alongside LinkedIn steps for true multichannel sequences.
You set send days, time slots, and a timezone so outreach lands in appropriate local windows. Batch size, batch interval, and per-action spacing help control daily volume for email and LinkedIn. These limits are designed to align with responsible sending; you remain responsible for staying within platform rules and the law.
Sequences can include steps such as connection requests (with or without a note), LinkedIn messages, InMail, profile views, follows, post likes, and email sends, with delays between steps. Many message steps support A/B testing so you can compare variants.
In the app, open LinkedIn Accounts and complete the connection flow for your profile. Mailgent uses integrations to act on your behalf for the actions you configure in campaigns; keep your session healthy and follow LinkedIn's terms and limits.
Yes. Higher tiers include multiple LinkedIn seats (for example up to 10 on Pro, more on Agency and Unlimited). Each campaign can be tied to a specific connected account. See Pricing for current seat counts.
Per-campaign settings let you cap actions such as connection invites, follow-up messages, profile views, and InMails within min/max ranges. Mailgent does not remove LinkedIn's own enforcement; staying within safe volumes and LinkedIn's rules is your responsibility. Use Usage & Limits in the app to monitor consumption where available.
No. Outcomes depend on your list quality, messaging, LinkedIn account standing, and recipient behavior. Mailgent provides tooling and controls; it does not guarantee acceptance, replies, or that LinkedIn will not restrict accounts that violate its policies.
Configure a sending domain under Domains and complete the DNS authentication steps (typically aligned with your email provider). In campaigns you select the authenticated domain, from alias, and template or body content. This helps with deliverability and brand trust.
Email credits represent the messages you can send through Mailgent according to your plan. Plans include a base monthly pool; you can often purchase additional credits where the product allows. Trial accounts typically receive a smaller pool than active subscriptions. Check Subscription and Usage & Limits for your current balance.
Use authenticated domains, warm up new domains gradually, keep lists clean, honor unsubscribes, and avoid spam triggers. Mailgent supports templates in rich text or HTML and lets you control pacing; compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and similar rules is your obligation—see our Terms of Service outreach section.
Plans are designed around LinkedIn seats and email credits, with tiers such as Pro, Agency, and Unlimited. Pro is priced per LinkedIn account (with caps); Agency and Unlimited bundle more seats and credits. Self-serve checkout starts with a 7-day free trial. Full numbers and annual vs monthly billing are on our Pricing page and in-app checkout.
Signed-in users can open Settings → Subscription to change plan, seats, add-ons, and open the customer billing portal hosted by our payments partner for invoices and payment methods.
Major credit and debit cards are accepted at checkout. Processing is handled by our payment provider; you manage cards and receipts through the billing portal linked from the app.
We use reputable cloud and subprocessors to host and operate the service. For details on categories of data, transfers, and your rights, read our Privacy Policy.
The Inbox helps you monitor replies and engagement tied to your outreach so you can respond without switching between many tabs. Exact channels surfaced depend on your integrations and campaign configuration.
You are responsible for how you use Mailgent: consent where required, truthful messaging, honoring opt-outs, and obeying LinkedIn, email provider, and local laws. Mailgent provides automation software, not legal advice.
